These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website studyforgs.com and the products and services offered by StudyForGS ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing our website or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Our Products & Services

• Digital PDFs — study material and question banks delivered electronically after purchase.
• Courses / test series — where offered, subject to the details listed on the relevant page.
• Mains Answer Evaluation — a subscription plan under which you upload answer copies and receive marks and feedback.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are payable in full at the time of purchase. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. An order is confirmed only after successful payment.

3. Delivery of Digital Goods

Purchased PDFs are personalised (watermarked with your name) and delivered to the email address you provide, usually within a few minutes of successful payment. Please ensure your email address is correct at checkout. If you do not receive your file, contact us at info@studyforgs.com and we will resend it.

4. Licence & Permitted Use

When you buy a PDF, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own exam preparation. You may not:

• Resell, share, upload, distribute or publicly post the material.
• Remove or alter the watermark or any identifying marks.
• Reproduce the content for commercial purposes.

Our content is protected by copyright. Because each file is watermarked with the buyer's identity, we can trace unauthorised sharing, which may result in suspension of access and further action.

5. Mains Answer Evaluation Service

• Evaluation plans are valid for the duration stated at purchase (for example 6 months or 1 year) from the date of activation.
• Evaluated copies are normally returned within the stated turnaround time (currently up to 2 days per copy) under normal conditions.
• Evaluation is a subjective academic assessment intended as guidance; marks and feedback are the evaluator's honest opinion and do not guarantee any particular result in the actual examination.
• You must upload your own original work. Uploading content that is offensive, unlawful, or not your own is not permitted.

6. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

7. Disclaimers

Our material is prepared carefully but is provided for preparation and reference purposes. We do not guarantee selection, rank, or any specific exam outcome. Exam patterns and official information may change; you should always verify against official notifications.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in India.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
