Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains when refunds are available for purchases made on studyforgs.com. Because most of our products are digital and delivered instantly, please read the relevant section carefully before you buy.

1. Digital PDFs & Study Material

Our PDFs are personalised (watermarked with your name) and delivered to your email immediately after payment. As the product is consumed the moment it is delivered, purchases are generally non-refundable once the file has been sent.

However, we will happily issue a refund or replacement in these cases:

Non-delivery — you paid but did not receive the file, and we are unable to deliver it after you contact us.
Duplicate payment — you were charged more than once for the same order.
Wrong or corrupt file — the file you received is the wrong product or cannot be opened, and we cannot fix it.

To be eligible, please raise the request within 7 days of purchase (see Section 3).

2. Mains Answer Evaluation Plans

If you have not yet submitted any answer copy for evaluation, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
Once you have submitted one or more copies for evaluation, the service has begun and the plan fee becomes non-refundable.
If we are unable to provide the service (for example, prolonged unavailability of evaluation), we will offer a fair pro-rata refund or an extension of your plan.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email info@studyforgs.com from the email address used at purchase, with:

Your name and the order/payment reference.
The product purchased.
A short description of the issue.

We aim to respond within 2–3 business days.

4. How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method through Razorpay. Once processed, it typically takes 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Cancellations

Because digital products are delivered instantly, orders cannot be cancelled after payment is completed. Evaluation plans may be cancelled for a refund only under the conditions in Section 2.
