StudyForGS ("we", "us", "our") operates the website studyforgs.com and provides study material, downloadable PDFs, and answer-evaluation services for competitive-exam aspirants. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our website or purchasing from us, you agree to this policy.

1. Information We Collect

• Contact & billing details — your name, email address and mobile number, collected at checkout so we can deliver your purchase and provide support.
• Account information — if you create an account, your email and login details are managed securely through Google Firebase Authentication.
• Answer copies — if you use our Mains Answer Evaluation service, the answer files you upload are stored securely so that we can evaluate and return them to you.
• Usage data — basic technical information such as browser type and pages visited, used to keep the site working and improve it.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To deliver the PDFs, courses or evaluation service you purchase (including watermarking PDFs with your name and emailing them to you).
• To create and manage your account and show your purchases.
• To provide customer support and respond to your queries.
• To send you transactional messages (order confirmation, delivery, evaluation results).
• To detect fraud and protect our paid content.

3. Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not collect or store your card, UPI, bank or other financial credentials on our servers — these are handled directly by Razorpay under their own security standards and privacy policy.

4. Sharing With Third Parties

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us run the business, namely:

• Razorpay — payment processing.
• Google Firebase — authentication, database and secure file storage.
• Google Analytics — anonymous website traffic measurement.
• Email delivery services — to send you your purchased files and notifications.

We may also disclose information if required by law.

5. Data Retention

We keep your purchase and account records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal or accounting requirements. Uploaded answer copies are retained for the duration of your evaluation plan and a reasonable period thereafter, after which they may be deleted. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 7).

6. Cookies and Analytics

We use essential cookies required to keep you logged in and to make the website function.

We also use Google Analytics to understand how the website is used — how many people visit, which pages they open, roughly which country or city they are in, whether they are on a phone or a computer, and which website or app sent them to us. This is measured in aggregate. We do not use it to identify you personally, we do not link it to your account or purchases, and we do not sell this data to anyone.

If you would rather not be counted, you can block analytics using your browser's privacy settings, a content blocker, or Google's opt-out add-on. Blocking it will not affect your ability to use the site, take tests or access anything you have purchased.

7. Your Rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing us at info@studyforgs.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

8. Children

Our services are intended for exam aspirants who are able to enter into a valid contract. We do not knowingly collect data from children without appropriate consent.
